HIGH QUALITY BAR

The three-layer structure of OSKAR consists of a waterproof and breathable outer material with a high-quality textile surface in the colors olive green and orange. The second layer is a synthetic padding that consists of 94% recycled PET bottles and ideally protects your dog from cold winter temperatures down to -10°C. On the inside there is an antistatic lining that does not crackle when putting on and taking off and therefore does not frighten your dog.

PRACTICAL

The collar can be closed with an internal drawstring and has a slot protected by a tab through which you can easily pull the D-ring of the collar and put your dog on a leash. On the back of the coat you will find a zipper through which you can attach a harness worn under the coat. The double zipper allows you to close and lock the zipper again after pulling the leash through.

SECURITY

Below the collar loop is the Orbiloc® tab, to which you can easily attach an Orbiloc® safety light. This means your dog is always clearly visible to you and other road users, and the annoyance of a light-up collar slipping into the collar is a thing of the past. In addition, reflective stripes on the coat ensure that your dog is easily seen in traffic and always returns home safely.

DESIGN

OSKAR is optimally adapted to your dog's anatomy. The chest and shoulder area of ​​the winter coat covers your dog without restricting shoulder movement. The side line of the coat slopes down towards the back and thus ideally protects your dog's thighs and bottom. A molding of the coat on the back thighs ensures that the coat always keeps your dog perfectly warm, even when moving. Thanks to a cutout in the tail area, the coat also fits all dogs that carry their tails high.

Mix&Match – exclusively at Theo & Emma

With our Mix&Match system, you can adapt OSKAR, like all our coats, to the individual fit of your dog. Measure the back length and chest circumference with a flexible tape measure and put together your coat with the right coat size and chest band to fit perfectly. It's easy - with Mix&Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal beforehand and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are generally to be paid by the customer.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
