Storm's washing and waterproofing concentrate contains everything you need to clean, care for, and waterproof your dog's coat.

The Stormcare wash and waterproofing concentrate set gently cleans your coat, improves the breathability of membrane fabrics, and restores the water-repellent (DWR) properties of the coat surface.

Especially important for your dog: Both washing and waterproofing concentrates are odorless and free from harmful substances such as PFC, PFAS and PFOA.

Sustainability is a top priority at Stormcare. The packaging is made from 100% cardboard, and the two bottles are made from recycled aluminum. Both can therefore be returned to the recycling cycle. Furthermore, harmful ingredients such as PFC, PFAS, and PFOA have been avoided.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
