Storm's washing and waterproofing concentrate contains everything you need to clean, care for, and waterproof your dog's coat.

The Stormcare wash and waterproofing concentrate set gently cleans your coat, improves the breathability of membrane fabrics, and restores the water-repellent (DWR) properties of the coat surface.

Especially important for your dog: Both washing and waterproofing concentrates are odorless and free from harmful substances such as PFC, PFAS and PFOA.

Sustainability is a top priority at Stormcare. The packaging is made from 100% cardboard, and the two bottles are made from recycled aluminum. Both can therefore be returned to the recycling cycle. Furthermore, harmful ingredients such as PFC, PFAS, and PFOA have been avoided.

To be eligible for an exchange, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Products covered in dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange beforehand on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE".

If your returned item shows signs of use, we unfortunately have to refuse the exchange. In this case, we will send your item back to you.

Return

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat fee of €5.90 for the DHL return shipping label, which we will deduct from your refund. Of course, you can also return your item to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Should your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund price.
