You can personalize our gift voucher with a message and schedule its delivery via email for the exact day you want to give it. This makes it ideal as a last-minute gift.

The gift voucher balance does not expire, but remains valid until the voucher is redeemed.

We ship exclusively with DHL. If part of your order is currently unavailable, we will wait until we can ship your entire order.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland and England.

To be eligible for an exchange, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Products covered in dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange beforehand on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE".

If your returned item shows signs of use, we unfortunately have to refuse the exchange. In this case, we will send your item back to you.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat fee of €5.90 for the DHL return shipping label, which we will deduct from your refund. Of course, you can also return your item to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Should your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund price.
