Easy to put on

Thanks to their elastic properties, the loops are incredibly easy to put on and take off, without the hassle of knotting, tying, or slipping. The practical collar hole in each loop allows for easy leash attachment—simply thread the leash through the collar loop and attach it to the collar.

Important for measuring

Please ensure there is enough room between the loop and your dog's neck circumference. Also consider the amount of fur when choosing the size. To ensure the loop hangs loosely and casually around the neck, we recommend measuring the neck circumference including the fur plus 5 cm. This will ensure your four-legged friend feels completely comfortable.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange beforehand on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE".

If your returned item shows signs of use, we unfortunately have to refuse the exchange. In this case, we will send your item back to you.

Return

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat fee of €5.90 for the DHL return shipping label, which we will deduct from your refund. Of course, you can also return your item to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Should your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund price.
