Orbiloc® - the practical safety light for your dog

The Orbiloc Dog Dual is a high-quality safety light that makes your dog visible to you and others at dusk and in the dark, making it ideal for ensuring your dog is seen in traffic. You can use the light either as a continuous light or flashing.

Together with Orbiloc, we've developed a way to attach the safety light to our coats without any additional accessories. All coats (winter coats from model year 24 onwards, all other coats from model year 25 onwards) come with a mount to which you can easily attach your Orbiloc.

Safety and lighting duration

The Orbiloc safety light is visible up to 5 km away, shock-resistant to 100 kg, and 100% waterproof. This makes it perfect for all kinds of activities you and your dog undertake – even in rough terrain and harsh weather conditions. The battery lasts up to 250 hours in flashing mode and approximately 100 hours in continuous mode. Long enough for any adventure.

To be eligible for an exchange, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Products covered in dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange beforehand on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE".

If your returned item shows signs of use, we unfortunately have to refuse the exchange. In this case, we will send your item back to you.

Return

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat fee of €5.90 for the DHL return shipping label, which we will deduct from your refund. Of course, you can also return your item to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

Should your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund price.
