Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
