Replacement batteries for the Orbiloc
The Orbiloc Service Kit offers a cost-effective and efficient solution to ensure your Orbiloc Safety Light functions optimally. The kit includes a pre-packaged battery pack with two CR2032 batteries, a silicone-lubricated O-ring, and a service tool for tightening and loosening your light. With this kit, your Orbiloc light will shine brightly for 100 hours in continuous light mode and 250 hours in flashing mode.
The O-ring keeps your Orbiloc waterproof.
The O-ring plays a crucial role in keeping the Orbiloc Safety Light waterproof, protecting it to a depth of 100 meters. It is important to replace the O-ring every time you change the battery pack to ensure the light remains waterproof. This guarantees that your safety light stays safe and fully functional, whether you're out in the rain or submerged in water.
If you frequently use your Orbiloc Safety Light in wet environments such as swimming or kayaking, it is important to regularly lubricate the O-ring with silicone. If you use the safety light while diving, we recommend cleaning the O-ring before and after each dive and re-lubricating it before each dive. You can use the sealed silicone pouch from the service kit to store silicone for the O-ring.

When replacing the O-ring, make sure that it is placed in the grooves provided on the thread of the lens.

When changing the battery pack, make sure that the battery pack is placed in the lower part of the light with the + symbol pointing downwards.

Exchanges
A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.
Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.
To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".
If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you.
Returns

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
