The modular system from THEO & EMMA®

As is typical for THEO & EMMA, our raincoat for dogs can be individually adjusted to the back length and chest circumference of your dog using our modular system. For example, if you have a particularly narrow dog, you can simply choose the chest band of your dog raincoat one or two sizes smaller. If your dog's chest is particularly pronounced, simply choose the chest band one size larger.

The COOPER raincoat for dachshunds is handcrafted from a waterproof fabric made in Europe to the usual high quality. The fabric of our raincoat for dAckel has a pleasant textile surface, similar to that of a trench coat. A waterproof and windproof layer has been applied to the underside of the material using a foam coating process. The raincoat is therefore waterproof up to a water column of 5,000 mm.

Functionality meets design

The neck of our raincoat for dachshunds is cut comfortably wide so that your dog has enough space to move around, but you can also easily reach in with your hand and attach the leash.

On uncomfortable rainy days, you can close the neck of the raincoat using a drawstring at the top of the neck. If it is also cold, you can put a loop or scarf on your dachshund. By the way, you can find practical and super soft fleece loops in various colors as accessories.

For harness wearers, the raincoat for dachshunds has a large 2-way zipper. The leash can be ideally guided through the zipper on the back of the dog raincoat and locked in the appropriate place with both zippers. The zipper is protected from direct rain and moisture by a panel.

The safety of your dachshund is very important to us

With our COOPER raincoat for dachshunds, we also thought about your dachshund's safety. With a reflector band running around the entire coat, your dog will be clearly seen by all road users, even in poor light and visibility conditions. The chest band on both sides of the dog raincoat also offers additional safety.

The raincoat for dachshunds can be washed at 30°C in the washing machine. We recommend washing with mild detergent. After washing, the coat should be hung up damp. Do not use fabric softener. This destroys the function of the coat.

Whether it's a dachshund, a beagle or a Weimaraner, every dog ​​is built differently. One is slim, the next is a little stronger, and the third is even longer. With the modular system from THEO & EMMA® you will always find the right fit for your dog.

For example, if your dog has a coat size of 9 but is particularly slim, you can choose the chest band for your coat one or two sizes smaller from us. To choose the right combination, measure your dog and add the respective coat and chest band size to the shopping cart.

In addition, our coats and sweaters offer added security. Because we have equipped our coats and sweaters with a reflective band along each chest band. This means your furry friend can be easily seen by other road users even in poor lighting conditions.

1. Back length (green line)
   To do this, measure the length of the back line between the neck and the base of the tail using a flexible tape measure. A good indication of the base of the neck is the bottom edge of the collar . The dog should stand in an upright position when measuring.
2. Chest circumference (orange line)
   To determine the chest circumference, measure the circumference of your dog's chest with a tape measure widest or highest point .
3. Neck circumference (purple line)
   To measure the correct neck circumference, place a measuring tape around your dog at exactly the point shown. Two fingers should easily fit between the measuring tape and your dog's neck. Don't measure too tightly.

exchange

If you need your order in a different size , we will be happy to exchange your ordered goods for the correct size within 30 days of receipt. The prerequisite for a size exchange is of course that the goods are unused and in perfect condition:

• Please completely fill out the return form that was included with your invoice
• Enclose the printed return slip with your return shipment
• The customer must provide sufficient postage for the return shipment.
• We will send you a replacement delivery free of charge.

Return

If you want to return your order, please send your order back to us within 30 days. The prerequisite is that the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

• Please completely fill out the return form that was included with your invoice
• Enclose the printed return slip with your return shipment
• Also include a copy of the invoice with your return
• The customer must provide sufficient postage for the return
• Your order will be refunded once the goods have arrived and been inspected

Please note that we neither accept returns nor exchange goods that show signs of wear. If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to withhold part of the refund price.

If there is a complaint about your unused goods, please write us an email to service@theoundemma.com stating the order and invoice number. Please describe your complaint and include a photo with your email that will help you clearly identify your complaint.

It's nice that we get to know each other. My name is Stephan and I am the founder of THEO & EMMA®, the new lifestyle brand for your dog. I founded THEO & EMMA® in February 2022 and have been live with my first collection since July of the same year.

Emma, ​​my Weimaraner dog, was the catalyst for starting my business. She came into my life as a puppy in September 2020 and turned a lot of things upside down. Before Emma, ​​I was a digital marketing consultant helping companies succeed online. But actually I'm an architect. So Emma also took me back to my creative roots.

I also got to know the industry through Emma. Unfortunately, I often missed quality, an attractive design or the products came from the Far East.
