The dark surface of the fittings is applied by a surface treatment and acquires a patina over time. If there is strong friction or force, the surface can also become scratched.

With a width of 38 mm, it is a cool and robust companion for your everyday life. Whether your dog goes swimming with it or rolls around in the mud in rainy weather, simply rinse it under running water and the collar will look like new again.

The collar is pleasantly soft to the touch and has a leather-like surface structure. It fits comfortably around the dog's neck and is very light and comfortable to wear.

What is Biothane?

Biothane® is a synthetic material made of polyester or nylon webbing coated with PVC or TPU. This coating makes the material water-repellent, abrasion-resistant and easy to clean. The coating looks similar to leather and feels very pleasant thanks to the slightly structured surface.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.
