Oskar is distinguished not only by its sporty yet elegant design, but also by its versatile functionality. In collaboration with Orbiloc®, the Danish manufacturer of safety lights, we've created a way to attach the safety light of the same name to the collar of your coat. This way, you can guide your dog safely and healthily through the cold season. Here you'll find an overview of all Theo & Emma dog winter coats .

HIGH-QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

OSKAR's three-layer construction consists of a waterproof and breathable outer material with a high-quality textile surface. The second layer is a synthetic fiber insulation made from 94% recycled PET bottles, ideally protecting your dog from cold winter temperatures down to -10°C. The inside features an anti-static lining that doesn't rustle when putting on or taking off, thus preventing your dog from being frightened.

PRACTICAL

The collar is closed with an internal drawstring and features a concealed collar loop through which you can easily pull the collar's D-ring and attach your dog's leash ( from size 5 ). The back of the coat features a zipper for attaching a harness worn underneath the coat. The double zipper allows you to close and lock the zipper after pulling the leash through.

SECURITY

The Orbiloc® tab on the collar of the coat allows you to easily attach an Orbiloc® safety light. This ensures your dog is clearly visible to you and other road users at all times, and the frustration of a light-up collar slipping into the collar is a thing of the past. Reflective stripes on the coat also ensure your dog is clearly visible in traffic and always returns home safely.

DESIGN

OSKAR is optimally tailored to your dog's anatomy. The chest and shoulder area of ​​the winter coat covers your dog without restricting shoulder movement. The side of the coat slopes downwards, providing ideal protection for your dog's thighs and buttocks. A contoured shape on the back of the thighs ensures that the coat always provides ideal warmth, even when moving. A cutout in the tail area also fits all dogs who carry their tails up.

MIX & MATCH – exclusive to Theo & Emma

You can customize Theo & Emma coats based on coat length and chest circumference. With our Mix&Match system, you can also customize OSKAR to your dog's individual size. Measure the back length and chest circumference with a flexible tape measure as shown in the video, and then customize your coat with the correct coat and chest circumference. It's easy – with Mix&Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal beforehand and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are generally to be paid by the customer.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
