Oskar stands out not only for its sporty yet elegant design, but also for its versatile functionality. In collaboration with Orbiloc®, the Danish manufacturer of safety lights, we've created a way to attach their safety light to the coat's collar. This ensures your dog stays safe and healthy throughout the cold season. Here you'll find an overview of all Theo & Emma winter dog coats .

HIGH-QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

OSKAR's three-layer construction consists of a waterproof and breathable outer material with a high-quality textile surface. The second layer is a synthetic fiber insulation made from 94% recycled PET bottles, ideally protecting your dog from cold winter temperatures down to -10°C. The inside features an antistatic lining that doesn't rustle when putting the jacket on or taking it off, so it won't startle your dog.

PRACTICAL

The collar closes with an internal drawstring and features a concealed collar opening, allowing you to easily thread the collar's D-ring and attach your dog's leash ( from size 5 ). A zipper on the back of the coat allows you to attach a harness worn underneath. The double zipper allows you to close and lock the zipper after threading the leash through.

SECURITY

The Orbiloc® loop is located on the coat's collar, allowing you to easily attach an Orbiloc® safety light. This ensures your dog is always clearly visible to you and other road users, and eliminates the frustration of a light-up collar slipping down into the collar. Reflective strips on the coat further enhance your dog's visibility in traffic, ensuring they always arrive home safely.

DESIGN

OSKAR is optimally adapted to your dog's anatomy. The chest and shoulder area of the winter coat covers your dog without restricting shoulder movement. The coat's side seam slopes downwards towards the back, providing ideal protection for your dog's thighs and hindquarters. A contoured design on the rear thighs ensures that the coat provides optimal warmth even during activity. A cutout in the tail area makes the coat suitable for dogs that carry their tails high.

MIX & MATCH – exclusive to Theo & Emma

You can customize Theo & Emma coats by selecting the correct length and chest circumference. With our Mix&Match system, you can also tailor OSKAR to your dog's individual size. Simply measure your dog's back length and chest circumference with a flexible measuring tape, as shown in the video, and then select the perfect coat and chest band size to fit your dog perfectly. It's that easy – with Mix&Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

We ship exclusively with DHL. If an item in your order is currently unavailable, we will wait until we can ship your entire order.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland and England.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and the order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
