Henry is the ideal companion for everyday life with your dog. Whether for walks or when you in the car during the cold season. We've incorporated all of our experience from three years of coat development into our Henry sweater, creating the ideal sweater for your dog. Lightweight, yet warm. Practical and quick to put on. It features a great design with additional safety features that will keep your dog warm and bring him home safely.

Practical

Henry features a tightly woven fleece fabric with high wind resistance. This means your dog will be well protected from cold gusts. Like all our coats, Henry also features a collar loop, allowing you to easily put your dog on a leash without freezing him.

Security

We've also thought about your dog's safety with Henry. The reflective strip on our side chest straps ensures your dog is easily seen in traffic. For active visibility, you can also attach an Orbiloc® safety light to the coat. This way, your dog is clearly visible at all times, and the frustration of a light-up collar slipping down the collar of a sweater is a thing of the past.

The Orbiloc® safety light is available in different colors as an accessory in our shop.

Henry is optimally tailored to your dog's anatomy. The chest and shoulder areas of the sweater cover your dog without restricting movement. A molded seam on the back of the thighs ensures that the sweater keeps your dog warm even when moving.

Henry is available in three colors: Navy Blue, Pumpkin Orange and Anthracite.

Mix & Match – exclusively at Theo & Emma

With our Mix & Match system, you can adjust Henry, like all our coats, to your dog's back length and chest circumference. This way, you can create a coat that's individually tailored to your dog. No need for tailoring and simply – with Mix & Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland and England.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are generally to be paid by the customer.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
