We've improved Cooper for you and your dachshund. The dachshund-optimized cut now protects your dachshund even better. Cooper now also features a collar pass-through in all sizes.

High-quality construction

Cooper's two-layer construction consists of a waterproof and breathable membrane outer material in olive green, navy blue, and pumpkin orange. The inside features an anti-static lining that prevents rustling when putting on and taking off and protects the outer membrane. Your dachshund will love Cooper.

Practical

The collar can be closed with an internal drawstring and has a collar opening that is protected with a button-up flap.

This allows you to easily pull the D-ring on the collar and put your dachshund on a leash without getting him wet.

On the back, you'll find a zipper that allows you to attach a harness worn under the coat. The double zipper allows you to close and lock the zipper after pulling the leash through.

Security

Your dachshund's safety is especially important to us. We want your dachshund to always return home safe and sound, even in the rain.

For better visibility in traffic, we've incorporated reflective stripes on both the chest straps and the coat. These make your dachshund highly visible in traffic thanks to their high reflective effect.

Additionally, you can easily attach an Orbiloc® safety light or GPS to the outside of the coat. We've incorporated a tab into each coat for easy attachment. This way, your dachshund is clearly visible at all times, and the frustration of a light-up collar slipping into the collar is a thing of the past.

design

Cooper is optimally adapted to your dachshund's anatomy. The flat-cut chest of the raincoat prevents your dachshund from tripping in his coat. The shoulder area, however, offers sufficient freedom of movement. A molded-in shape on the hind legs ensures that the coat protects your dachshund even when moving and stays in place. This means your dachshund will no longer have to struggle with leg loops. Thanks to a cutout in the tail area, your dachshund can also carry them up.

Mix & Match – exclusively at Theo & Emma

With our Mix & Match system, you can adjust Cooper, like all our coats, to your dog's back length and chest circumference. This way, you can create a coat that's individually tailored to your dog. No need for tailoring and simply – with Mix & Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are generally to be paid by the customer.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
