Who doesn't know that? Whether it's a dachshund, beagle or Weimaraner - every dog ​​is built differently. One is slim, the other has a stronger chest. You haven't found the right coat for your dog yet? With the modular system from THEO & EMMA® you will always find the right coat for your dog.

For example, if your dog needs a coat size 9 but is particularly slim, you can choose the chest band of the coat one or even two sizes smaller. To choose the right size, measure your dog, choose the right size for the coat and chest band from our size chart and add both to your shopping cart.

Our chest bands protect your chest and stomach

Our waterproof chest straps for our raincoats are available in different colors and can be easily removed and replaced with a Velcro fastener.

Your dog’s safety is also taken into account

When developing the chest straps, we naturally also thought about the safety of your four-legged friend. A reflective band along the entire outer edge ensures that your dog is easily visible in traffic, even in poor lighting conditions.

If the chest strap gets dirty during a walk, it can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C.

If you need your order in a different size , we will be happy to exchange your ordered goods for the correct size within 30 days of receipt. The prerequisite for a size exchange is of course that the goods are unused and in perfect condition:

• Please completely fill out the return form that was included with your invoice
• Enclose the printed return slip with your return shipment
• The customer must provide sufficient postage for the return shipment.
• We will send you a replacement delivery free of charge.

Return

If you want to return your order, please send your order back to us within 30 days. The prerequisite is that the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

• Please completely fill out the return form that was included with your invoice
• Enclose the printed return slip with your return shipment
• Also include a copy of the invoice with your return
• The customer must provide sufficient postage for the return
• Your order will be refunded once the goods have arrived and been inspected

Please note that we neither accept returns nor exchange goods that show signs of wear. If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to withhold part of the refund price.
