Terms and Conditions & Data Protection – "RUBY Leash Bag" Competition
1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is THEO & EMMA GmbH, Trevor-Moore-Str.15, 81365 Freising, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Organizer").

2. What it's about
We are raffling off a RUBY leash bag worth €59.90 – in a color of your choice (Olive or Anthracite), subject to availability.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.
3. Participation Period
The competition begins on June 6, 2026, and ends on June 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CEST).
The timely submission of your participation (comment with tag) on Instagram is decisive for a valid entry. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Who can participate
Any natural person may participate who
- is at least 18 years old and
- resides in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, as well as employees of the organizer and their relatives, are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of a product.
5. How to participate
To participate, you must
- follow the Instagram account @theoundemma and
- tag a friend in the comments of the competition post who would like the RUBY.
Each tag of a friend counts as one entry. You may comment multiple times – each additional tagged friend increases your chance of winning by one more entry. Multiple tags of the same person in one comment count as one entry.
Tagging people in pictures where they are not actually visible (false tagging) is not allowed.
6. Winner Determination
After the participation period has ended, we will determine the winner from all valid entries by random draw. One (1) RUBY leash bag will be raffled off.
7. Notification and Processing
We will notify the winner within 7 days of the draw via a direct message on Instagram.
The winner is requested to contact us within 14 days of receiving the notification and provide the data required for shipping (name, delivery address). If the winner does not respond within this period, the claim to the prize expires, and we may draw an alternative winner.
The prize will be shipped in August 2026. Shipping costs within the participating area will be borne by the organizer.
8. Data Protection Information
We process personal data for the purpose of conducting the competition. The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is THEO & EMMA GmbH, as stated in Section 1.
What data we process: your Instagram username and your public comment. In the event of a win, additionally the data required for prize delivery (name, delivery address), which you provide to us upon request.
Purpose and legal basis: We process this data exclusively for the execution and handling of the competition (winner determination, notification, prize shipment). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of the contractual relationship established by participation) as well as our legitimate interest in proper execution according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
No advertising without consent: We will not automatically use your data collected during the competition for newsletters or other advertising. Promotional communication will only occur if you have separately and voluntarily given explicit consent for it.
Storage duration: We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for the processing of the competition – at the latest after the complete handover of the prize and the expiry of any statutory retention periods.
Your rights: You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact the contact details mentioned in Section 1 for this purpose. Note on Instagram: Participation takes place via the Instagram platform (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). We have no influence on the data processing there; Instagram's data protection provisions also apply.
9. No Connection to Instagram / Meta
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, organized, or associated with Instagram by Meta. The contact person and sole responsible party is THEO & EMMA GmbH.
10. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time if a proper course cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.
Participants who provide false information, use unauthorized aids, or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation may be excluded from participation.
The decision of the organizer is final.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
