Who hasn't experienced this? Whether it's a dachshund, beagle, or Weimaraner, every dog ​​is built differently. Some are slender, others have a more robust chest. Haven't found the right coat for your dog yet? With the Mix & Match system from THEO & EMMA®, you'll find the perfect coat for your dog.

For example, if your dog needs a size 6 coat but is particularly slim, you can choose the chest band one or two sizes smaller. Theo & Emnma coats can be combined separately by coat length and chest width.

Our winter breast bands also cover the belly

Our lined chest straps for the Oskar winter coat are available in various colors and can be easily removed and replaced with a Velcro fastener.

Your dog’s safety is also taken into account

When developing the chest straps, we naturally also considered your four-legged friend's safety. A reflective strip along the side edge ensures your dog is clearly visible in traffic, even in poor light conditions.

If the chest strap gets dirty during a walk, it can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
