When a walk becomes a day trip

Sometimes a walk turns into an entire day outdoors. A stroll in the woods that becomes a hike. A cafe visit that becomes a picnic. A lap around the lake that stretches into the sunset.

Then a small treat bag is no longer enough. You need water, a bowl, a spare leash, toys — and for yourself, a phone, keys, wallet, sunglasses, sunscreen.

A backpack is too much. A fanny pack is too little. Dexter is just right in between.

5.5 liters — what that actually means

It sounds like an abstract number at first. Specifically, it means:

• A 0.5L water bottle and a foldable bowl, both within reach

Sporty design — doesn't look like dog accessories

Dexter doesn't look like a classic dog bag. Clean lines, muted colors, technical surfaces — the look is sporty, not playful. You can wear it hiking, in the park, at a cafe, in the city. It looks like a fashionable sling bag, not a typical dog bag.

Crossbody or hip bag — you decide

An adjustable shoulder strap, two ways to wear it:

• Crossbody across the shoulder and back — sits close to the body, perfect for hikes and longer distances
• Hip bag — when you want it quickly in front, during training, or walks

Two ergonomically shaped mesh pads on the back distribute the weight and ensure air circulation. Even when fully loaded, nothing dangles, digs, or chafes.

Main compartment with magnet — one-handed at the right moment

The main compartment opens one-handed with a magnetic closure. Hand in, treat out, dog rewarded — the magnet closes by itself as soon as you reach in.

No zipper that gets stuck. No button that's too small for gloves. Just the moment your dog shows the right behavior — and you can react immediately without taking your eyes off them.

Waterproof where it counts

Outer material made of robust polyester with PU coating — water and dirt repellent, easy to clean. Even after a tour through a wet forest or a picnic, you can simply wipe it clean.

The zipper on the back compartment is waterproof. If it rains, your phone, wallet, and ID stay dry. Even if you haven't packed them separately in a bag.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and the order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
