Your dog wants to run, sniff, dig their nose into the ground – and you want to let them. But they can't run free everywhere. During breeding and fawning season, in many forests and nature reserves, a long line is mandatory. With the Arlo long line, you give your dog the freedom they need – and still maintain full control.

Deliberately without a hand loop

A long line that gets caught in bushes, roots, or fences quickly becomes a risk. That's why Arlo deliberately has no hand loop. This way, the leash glides freely at all times, and your dog can't get tangled – even if they choose their own path.

Feather-light over the entire distance

Whether 5 m or 10 m – every gram counts with a long line, because your dog carries the entire length with them. The flat polyester webbing and aluminum fittings make Arlo so light that your dog barely notices they are on a leash. And you'll feel the difference when you roll the leash up again at the end.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and the order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
