You know the drill: your dog is on a leash, you want to reward him at the right moment, but you're fumbling with the zipper of the treat pouch with your free hand. The zipper gets stuck, the bag slips, and the moment is gone.
Because zippers are rarely truly one-hand operable – and your second hand is holding your dog.

Our solution: It closes by itself and stays reliably shut

Our treat pouch has a magnetic closure: you simply reach in, take a treat, and as soon as you pull your hand out again, the pouch closes by itself. This way, the contents remain safely and dryly stowed away on the go.

Robust, waterproof & easy to clean

The bag is made of a nylon fabric with PU coating. This makes it waterproof and particularly suitable for everyday use: if it gets dirty, you can simply wipe it clean – done.

Space for training & everyday life

With a volume of 0.5 liters, you always have enough treats with you - even for longer training sessions. In the two side pockets, you can also store small items such as:

• Poop bags
• Keys

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
