We've improved Cooper for you and your dog. The optimized design now provides even better protection for your dog's neck and rear. Plus, Cooper finally features a collar opening.

High-quality construction

Cooper's two-layer construction consists of a waterproof and breathable membrane outer layer in olive green, navy blue, and pumpkin orange. Inside, an antistatic lining prevents rustling when putting the jacket on and taking it off, protecting the membrane. Your dog will love Cooper.

Practical

The long collar can be closed with an internal drawstring and features a collar loop protected by a buttoned flap. This allows you to easily pull the collar's D-ring through and leash your dog without getting them wet.

On the back, you'll find a zipper through which you can attach a harness worn underneath the coat. The double zipper allows you to close and lock the zipper again after threading the leash through.

Security

Your dog's safety is of utmost importance to us. We want to ensure your dog always returns home safe and sound, even during the darker months.

For better visibility in traffic, we have incorporated reflective strips into both the chest straps and the coat. These make your dog highly visible in traffic due to their high reflectivity.

Additionally, you can easily attach an Orbiloc® safety light to the outside of the coat. We've incorporated a loop into each coat for this purpose, making attachment particularly easy without any additional accessories. This ensures your dog is always clearly visible, and the frustration of a light-up collar slipping down into the coat's collar is a thing of the past.

design

Cooper is optimally adapted to your dog's anatomy. The raincoat's chest and shoulder area protects your dog without restricting shoulder movement. The coat's side seam slopes downwards towards the rear, protecting the thighs and hindquarters. A molded design on the back of the thighs ensures that the coat keeps your dog dry even when moving. This means your dog will no longer have to struggle with leg straps. Thanks to a cutout for the tail, the coat also fits dogs that carry their tails high.

With our Mix & Match system, you can adjust Cooper, like all our coats, to your dog's back length and chest circumference. Create a coat that's perfectly tailored to your dog. No tailoring required, and it's incredibly easy – with Mix & Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

To be eligible for an exchange, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Products covered in dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange beforehand on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE".

If your returned item shows signs of use, we will have to refuse the exchange. In this case, we will send your item back to you.

Return

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Products covered in dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE".

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat fee of €5.90 for the DHL return shipping label, which we will deduct from your refund.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

Should your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund price.
