Your daily routine with your dog is constantly changing – and Finn changes with it. In seconds, you can adjust the length from a compact 1.20 m to a generous 2.20 m. No fiddling, no re-leashing.

Anyone who spends an hour or more walking their dog every day knows: The hand loop makes all the difference. Finn's softly padded loop lies comfortably in your hand, even if your dog pulls. No cutting, no chafing – just relaxed guiding.

The flat polyester webbing and aluminum fittings make Finn one of the lightest leashes in its class. Your dog especially feels this: no heavy carabiner pulling on the collar and dangling with every step. The safety carabiner still delivers on its promise – with a 400 kg breaking load.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and the order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
