Sometimes you don't need a lot of leash – but the right one. Beau is made for all situations where your dog should be close to you: on the way to the vet, in a cafe, when strolling through the city or simply on the street. Compact, but never restrictive.

Infinitely adjustable from 90 cm to 1.50 m, Beau adapts to every situation. Hold it short at the intersection, a little looser on the sidewalk – without cumbersome re-leashing or fumbling.

Fits well in the hand – even if your dog pulls

Beau's softly padded hand loop makes the difference you really feel after an hour of walking. No cutting, no chafing – even if your dog is still working on his leash manners. This way every walk remains relaxed – for you and your dog.

Light on the dog, strong in an emergency

The flat polyester webbing and aluminum fittings make Beau a very light short leash. Your dog particularly feels this: No heavy carabiner pulling on the collar and dangling with every step. Our safety carabiner made of aluminum delivers what it promises – with a breaking load of 400 kg.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
