The Collar Your Dog Will Want to Wear All Day

A collar should be so natural that your dog forgets they're wearing it. That's exactly what Enzo is designed for: it's feather-light thanks to aluminum fittings, comfortable with its flat webbing, and features a safety clasp you can rely on.

Securely Closed, Easily Opened

The ergonomically designed click clasp, made of solid plastic from a quality manufacturer, only opens when you press both sides simultaneously. Neither accidentally nor by your dog. The 25 mm wide version of the clasp can withstand a load of up to 90 kg, while the 20 mm wide version can withstand up to 50 kg.

Light and Stylish – With Thoughtful Details

Heavy fittings that dangle from the neck and clatter with every step? Not with Enzo! All fittings are made of aluminum. They are light on the dog and robust for everyday use. An additional small plastic D-ring provides space for a dog tag or a plate with a name and phone number. This way, your dog is not only stylish but also safe on the go.

Three Sizes – The Right One for Every Dog

S | 26–36 cm neck circumference | 20 mm width – for small to medium-sized dogs
M | 36–51 cm neck circumference | 25 mm width – for medium to larger dogs
L | 51–66 cm neck circumference | 25 mm width – for large dogs

We ship exclusively with DHL. If an item in your order is currently unavailable, we will wait until we can ship your entire order.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland and England.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and the order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
