Many dog bags look like dog bags — poop bag holders on the outside, visible treat compartments, reflective strips, sometimes even paw prints.

RUBY does the opposite: it's a sporty shoulder bag that moves all dog functions to the inside. Magnetic closure, treat compartment, quick access to poop bags, phone and key compartment — everything there, everything within reach, nothing visible.

Sporty cut, classic wear

Clean lines, muted colors in olive and anthracite, robust polyester with PU coating. RUBY is designed for sports — but like a shoulder bag, not a training tool.

On the street, you see a sporty shoulder bag. What else it is — treat carrier, phone protector, poop bag dispenser, key holder — you only see when you open it.

Over the shoulder or across the body

With the adjustable strap, you have two ways to wear it.

Classically over the shoulder — like a handbag, relaxed on the go, quickly put down, quickly put back on.

Or diagonally across the body as a crossbody — when you need both hands free, for example, when walking the dog with a leash in one hand and treats in the other.

Hand in, hand out — the magnet closes by itself

You open the main compartment with one hand using a magnetic closure. Hand in, treats out, dog rewarded — the magnet closes automatically as soon as you reach in.

This way you reward at the right moment. No zipper that gets stuck. No button that can't be opened with gloves. And no curious dog nose checking what's inside on its own.

Four compartments for four tasks

• Inner mesh compartment on the back — keys, headphones, small utensils visible and within reach
• Two side compartments — poop bags, dog whistle, tissues directly at hand

The phone compartment on the back lies against the body and is therefore protected against theft. Thanks to the waterproof zipper, your phone stays dry, even if a shower comes.

Polyester outside, machine washable inside

100% polyester with PU coating — water-repellent, dirt-repellent, robust. Crumbs and grease stains do not penetrate the material. For everyday use, a damp cloth is sufficient. After particularly intense days, RUBY can go into the machine at 30 °C.

Available in Olive and Anthracite — both can be combined with almost anything.

1 liter volume - the right size for your dog's daily life

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
