Henry is the ideal companion for everyday life with your dachshund. Whether for walks, or when you want to groom your dachshund. You don't have to leave your dachshund in the car during the colder months. That's because we've poured all our experience from three years of coat development into our Henry sweater, creating the ideal sweater for your dachshund. Lightweight yet warm. Practical and quick to put on. With a great design and added safety features to keep your dachshund warm and get him home safely.

Practical

Henry features a tightly woven fleece fabric with high wind resistance. This means your dachshund will be well protected from cold gusts of wind. Like all our coats, Henry also has a collar opening, allowing you to easily leash your dachshund without letting him get cold. The sweater has no opening for dishes.

Security

We at Henry have also considered your dachshund's safety. Thanks to the reflective strip on our side-mounted chest bands, your dachshund will be easily visible in traffic. For added visibility, you can also attach an Orbiloc® safety light to the coat. This way, your dachshund is always clearly visible, and the frustration of a light-up collar slipping down your sweater collar is a thing of the past.

The Orbiloc® safety light is available in different colors as an accessory in our shop.

Henry is optimally adapted to the anatomy of your dachshund. The sweater's low-cut chest prevents your dachshund from tripping over its coat. The shoulder area also offers ample freedom of movement. A molded design at the back of the thighs ensures the sweater keeps your dachshund warm even when it's active.

Henry is available in three colors: Navy Blue, Pumpkin Orange and Anthracite.

With our Mix & Match system, you can adjust Henry, like all our coats, to your dachshund's back length and chest circumference. Create a coat perfectly tailored to your dachshund. No tailoring required, and it's incredibly easy – with Mix & Match.

To ensure your coat fits, we recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

1. Your dog must stand upright and straight during the measurement , with the head in an upright position as shown in the illustration.
2. Back length (green line): Please measure with a flexible tape measure the length between the bottom edge of a loose-fitting collar along the back line to the base of the tail.
3. Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, please measure the circumference of your dog’s chest with a measuring tape at the widest or highest point . If your dog regularly wears a harness under their coat or has a lot of fur, please take this additional circumference into account.
4. Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a tape measure around your dog's neck and measure the circumference where your dog normally wears the collar. Allow two fingers of space between the tape measure and the neck.

We ship exclusively with DHL. If an item in your order is currently unavailable, we will wait until we can ship your entire order.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland and England.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
