You can open the main compartment with one hand, and the magnetic closure closes automatically as soon as you reach in. This way you can reward your dog at the right moment without struggling with zippers — and no curious dog nose will find its way inside.

Separate compartments for everything that needs to be organized

SPENCER is not just a larger pouch — it has a well-thought-out compartment architecture. In the lid there is a mesh compartment with its own lanyard and small carabiner. Clip in your keys, never wonder if they're still there again. In the front inner compartment with a zipper, you can store money and cards securely and clearly. On the back — directly against your body and thus protected against theft — there is a phone compartment with a waterproof zipper. For example, your iPhone 12 Pro fits comfortably horizontally here.

Even in the rain or an unexpected shower, your phone stays dry. On the outside, you'll find two quick-access compartments for poop bags and a dog whistle — directly at hand, without having to open the main compartment.

Comfortable even after hours

The back of the bag is comfortably padded and covered with a breathable mesh fabric. The padding ensures a comfortable fit even on warm days, whether on a city tour or your next hike.

Waterproof and machine washable

Outer material is polyester with PU coating. For everyday use, a damp cloth is sufficient — crumbs and grease do not penetrate the material. After particularly intense training days, the bag can be machine washed at 30°C.

2 liters — the right size between training session and city stroll

SPENCER is the bag for everyone for whom a treat pouch is too small and a backpack is too much. 2 liters volume — enough for an extensive training session plus keys, phone, wallet, poop bags, and a small collapsible bowl. No more, no less.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

If you wish to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal.

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
