Colored chest bands

With our colored chest straps you can individually adjust your dog coat to your dog's chest size.

Whether it's a dachshund, beagle, or Weimaraner, every dog ​​is built differently. One is slender, the next a bit more robust, the third longer. With the modular system and interchangeable chest straps from THEO & EMMA®, you'll always find the right fit for your dog.

A dog coat with a guaranteed fit

For example, if your dog is a size 9 coat but is particularly slim, you can choose the chest strap for your coat one or two sizes smaller. To choose the right combination, measure your dog and add the appropriate size coat and chest strap to your shopping cart.

Our chest bands provide protection for the chest and stomach

Our water-repellent chest straps are available in many colors and patterns and can be easily removed and replaced with a Velcro fastener between the front legs.

Your dog’s safety is also taken into account

When developing the chest straps, we naturally also considered your four-legged friend's safety. With a reflective strip along the entire outer edge, your dog remains clearly visible in traffic, even in poor lighting conditions.

The chest bands can be washed at 30°C in your washing machine.

Exchange

Returns for exchanges are free of charge for all orders from Germany. If you would like to exchange your order, please register your exchange on our returns portal and return your goods to us within 7 days of registration.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are to be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

The prerequisite for an exchange is an unused, original packaged and flawless product.

If your returned item shows signs of wear, we will unfortunately have to decline the exchange. In this case, we will return your item to you.

Return

If you would like to return your order to us, please register your return as a return on our returns portal .

To register on our returns portal, you'll need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number begins with "TE."

For returns from Germany, we are happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for the DHL shipping label, which we will deduct from your credit note. Of course, you can also return your return to us at your own expense if you do not wish to receive a DHL shipping label from us.

Return costs from outside the EU or North America are generally to be paid by the customer.

The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
