Chest bands for sweaters, raincoats - reduced

We developed the coat and chest band concept because there are a lot of dogs out there for whom off-the-shelf coats don't fit.

With us, you can put together the coat separately according to coat size and chest circumference, exactly as you need it for your dog.

Our chest straps protect the dog's chest and belly

Our waterproof chest straps are available in a variety of colors and can be easily removed and replaced with a Velcro fastener.

Your dog's safety is taken into account

When developing the chest straps, we naturally also considered your four-legged friend's safety. A reflective edge along the entire outer edge of the chest strap ensures your dog is easily visible in traffic, even in poor lighting conditions.

If the chest band gets dirty during your walk, it can be machine washed at 40°C. It's even better if you have a spare chest band. You can easily swap it out for the dirty one, ensuring you always have a clean coat on hand.

We ship exclusively with DHL. If an item in your order is currently unavailable, we will wait until we can ship your entire order.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland and England.

Exchanges

A prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Products full of dog hair are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are free for all orders from Germany. If you wish to exchange your order, please register your exchange in advance on our returns portal and send us your goods within 7 days of registration.

Return shipping costs from EU countries or North America must be paid by the customer.

To register on our returns portal, you will need your email address and your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation. The order number starts with "TE".

If your returned goods show signs of use, we will have to reject the exchange. In this case, we will send your goods back to you. 

Returns

For returns from Germany, we will gladly provide you with a DHL shipping label. We charge a flat rate of 5.90€ for the DHL shipping label for returns, which we will deduct from your credit.

Return shipping costs from EU and non-EU countries must generally be paid by the customer.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
