The MARLEY travel blanket should be a practical companion on any trip or vacation. Whether in the hotel room, in the restaurant, or in the car, with the MARLEY travel blanket your four-legged friend will find a cozy place everywhere.

After opening the two Velcro fasteners, your four-legged friend can immediately cover the blanket. Your dog will love them. The inside of the blanket is made of very soft and easy-care knitted material with viscose, which makes the surface very soft and fluffy.

The underside is made of a high-quality, water-repellent jacket fabric from Italy. If you accidentally place the MARLEY travel blanket on a dirty or damp surface, you can either wipe the fabric with a damp cloth or wash the travel blanket in the washing machine at 30°C with mild detergent.

The MARLEY travel blanket is bordered with a 3 cm wide, robust cotton fabric. This not only frames the bed beautifully, but also protects the fabric edge from wear and tear. The integrated handle and the fastening straps give the travel blanket a very elegant look. The THEO & EMMA typical contrasting edge under the handle provides that certain extra something.

Shipment

If the items you ordered are not all available in stock, we will wait until we can ship your order in full.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland, Canada and the USA.

We ship climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen:

* For deliveries to NON-EU countries, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may apply, which you as the customer must pay.
** Deviations caused by the shipping service provider are possible.

exchange

If you need your order in a different size , we will be happy to exchange your ordered goods for the correct size within 30 days of receipt. The prerequisite for a size exchange is of course that the goods are unused and in perfect condition:

• Please completely fill out the return form that was included with your invoice
• Enclose the printed return slip with your return shipment
• The customer must provide sufficient postage for the return shipment.
• We will send you a replacement delivery free of charge.

Return

If you want to return your order, please send your order back to us within 30 days. The prerequisite is that the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

• Please completely fill out the return form that was included with your invoice
• Enclose the printed return slip with your return shipment
• Also include a copy of the invoice with your return
• The customer must provide sufficient postage for the return
• Your order will be refunded once the goods have arrived and been inspected

Please note that we neither accept returns nor exchange goods that show signs of wear. If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to withhold part of the refund price.

If there is a complaint about your unused goods, please write us an email to service@theoundemma.com stating the order and invoice number. Please describe your complaint and include a photo with your email that will help you clearly identify your complaint.

It's nice that we get to know each other. My name is Stephan and I am the founder of THEO & EMMA®, the new lifestyle brand for your dog. I founded THEO & EMMA® in February 2022 and have been live with my first collection since July of the same year.

Emma, ​​my Weimaraner dog, was the catalyst for starting my business. She came into my life as a puppy in September 2020 and turned a lot of things upside down. Before Emma, ​​I was a digital marketing consultant helping companies succeed online. But actually I'm an architect. So Emma also took me back to my creative roots.

I also got to know the industry through Emma. Unfortunately, I often missed quality, an attractive design or the products came from the Far East.

Dogs are my great love and design is my passion. Our design language is simple, always functional and yet special.
